NYC Fair Moved to Monday 2/2
Start your week on Monday in Times Square, New York City—the crossroads of the world. Then, keep the momentum going by hopping across the river on Tuesday for our original mega-fair in Northern New Jersey. On Wednesday, we launch our brand-new Philly fair location right off the Philadelphia Main Line, before heading to George Washington University in Washington D.C. on Thursday, steps from Capitol Hill and the White House! After four busy, cold nights up north, it's time to recharge. Fly down to Miami and enjoy a well-deserved day to yourself exploring world-famous South Beach, downtown, or simply relaxing in the beautiful weather. We'll finish the week with a special exhibitor networking event on Saturday evening and our first ever fair in South Florida on Sunday! All of our 2026 fairs are in large exhibition halls (12,000 sq ft+) to handle the volume of exhibitors, students, and parents expected at these events. (These are NOT high school cafeteria fairs!) At all fairs:
- Ample exhibition booth space (tables are at least two feet apart and not touching)
- One six-foot folding table (no covering provided) with tables placed alphabetically based upon program registration name
- Two folding chairs per table
- Access to WiFi
- Complementary StriveScan account with unlimited scans
- Website listing for entire year
NJ Fair

Audience: All of Northern NJ focusing on exclusive Bergen County, but also reaching Essex, Morris, Passaic, Hudson, Union, and even Mercer County and bordering Rockland County NY.
Venue Description: The FDU Bogota Bank Center (formerly Rothman Center) is a 40,000 sq. ft. athletic facility located in the heart of Bergen County, with plenty of parking and easily accessible from anywhere in Northern NJ or bordering NY State.

Location: Event Center at Valley Forge Casino Resort

Audience: Main Line Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs
Venue Description: The Valley Forge Event Center provides 54,000 square feet of flexible event space at the perfect suburban location, just minutes from both the King of Prussia Mall and historic Philadelphia. Easy access to major highways and just a short drive from the many premier public and independent schools situated in this area.

Venue Description: The Smith Center is a premier 5,000-seat arena situated in the prestigious Foggy Bottom neighborhood, just blocks from the White House and the National Mall. Leveraging this prime Washington, D.C. address will give our event unparalleled prestige and metro accessibility to the best schools in the DMV area.

Audience: All of South Florida's elite independent and premier public high schools from the Miami area up to Fort Lauderdale
Venue Description: The ultimate downtown Miami experience is at the Hyatt Regency Miami, situated on the picturesque Riverwalk in the vibrant heart of the Downtown and Brickell financial district. With breathtaking River and Bay views and over 100,000 square feet of meeting space, you will be steps from premier dining, major attractions, and 15 minutes from world famous South Beach.

Super convenient for familes not only in Manhattan, but Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Westchester and Long Island as well.

Exhibitor Guidelines
We are so excited to welcome your organization to the National Precollege & Summer Program Fairs this year! In order to ensure a professional and safe environment for all exhibitors and attendees, we have created these basic guidelines. Please ensure all staff representing your organization have reviewed:
1ARRIVAL AND SETUP
- Arrive to the exhibit hall no earlier than the start of setup time (NYC/NJ: 3:00pm, PHL/DC: 4:00pm, MIA: 11:30am), yet no later than 15 minutes before the start of the fair (4:15pm for a 4:30pm start). We’d like to have all exhibitors fully set up and ready to go ten minutes before advertised start time, and we may open doors to public at that time.
- Any pop-up banners or displays taller than 30” may not be displayed on the table but must be placed on the floor behind your table. This is for safety reasons.
- If you have a large backdrop banner, it must be single-sided with a plain backing as we do not have pipe and drape to separate the exhibitor behind you. Maximum width for backdrop banners: 8 feet wide.All displays must be on or behind your table, nothing may block the aisles or be on the side of your table. Displays should not block the view of adjacent booths.
2FAIR ETIQUETTE
- There is a maximum of 3 staff members permitted to attend for a standard table. 1-2 will suffice for most exhibitors, and 2 chairs are provided per table.
- Program representatives may never stand in front of their tables or in the aisles as this disrupts traffic flow. Staff must be behind or to the side of their table. Please be mindful and courteous of the exhibitors next to you!
- Brochures may be distributed only from your table, and not placed around the exhibit hall. A staff member may not distribute information or scan attendees from any area of the exhibit hall besides the assigned booth.
- No playing of music/loud audio.
3DEPARTURE
- Please plan on staying for the entire duration of the fair, and begin packing up no earlier than 15 minutes before the conclusion of the fair. Should you need to depart earlier than 15 minutes prior to conclusion, please notify NPCSF Staff in advance.

STRIVESCAN
The National Precollege & Summer Program Fair is a StriveScan fair!
We have partnered with StriveScan to bring electronic student scanning to our event. Using the StriveScan mobile app, you will be able to easily scan students' barcodes to collect their information. This will save your organization the time and expense of processing paper inquiry cards, while being environmentally-friendly and allowing students more time to have valuable conversations.
Scanning is included for all exhibitors at our event at no additional cost! Prior to the fair, you’ll be provided with a four-digit code to unlock scanning in the StriveScan app.
